应用负压封闭引流技术修复四肢复杂性创面

目的 探讨负压封闭引流技术（VSD）对于临床常见四肢复杂性创面的治疗效果.方法 自2010年12月至2013年10月,对我科处理的 14例四肢复杂性创面,在创面封闭前期治疗中使用VSD,每5~7 d更换或去除VSD,观察创面感染控制及肉芽的生长情况,根据创面条件Ⅱ期采用皮片移植或邻近皮瓣、肌皮瓣覆盖修复创面.结果 本组全部病例在使用VSD技术后创面感染得到有效控制,肉芽生长新鲜、良好,结合后期植皮或皮瓣转移方案,全部病例创面均被有效的封闭,修复满意.结论 VSD在修复复杂性外科创面上具有良好的临床治疗效果,为Ⅱ期手术创造了良好条件.

Application of vacuum sealing drainage in managing complicated limb wounds

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in treating complicated wounds of limbs. Methods VSD was used to treat 14 patients with complicated wounds of limbs in our hospital from December 2010 to October 2013. VSD was replaced or removed every 5 to 7 days, and the condition of infected wound and the growth situation of granulation tissue were observed. According to the condition of wound, skin flap graft and skin - grafting were used to treat and repair the wound surfaces. Results All treatment of infected wounds were satisfactory, and granulation tissues grew well when dealt with VSD. All cases were recovered satisfactorily after skin flap and skin - grafting reconstruction. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of VSD in treating complicated wounds of limbs is satisfied, and VSD makes the good preparation for two - stage operation.
