摘    要:目的探讨PBL教育模式在社区老年2型糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用价值。方法将60例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组(30例)和PBL组(30例),对照组给予传统教育模式,PBL组实施以“问题”为中心的PBL教育模式,比较分析2组患者自我管理能力及病情控制指标变化情况。结果PBL组患者的自我管理能力明显优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论PBL教育模式有利于社区老年2型糖尿病患者提高自我管理能力,改善病情。

Evaluation of effect of problem - based learning in community health education in elderly diabetic patients

Abstract:Objective To apply the problem based learning in community elderly health education among patients with type 2 dia betes in order to evaluate its effect. Methods Sixty cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and PBL group. The control group was given the traditional mode of education, and the problem based learning was implemented on the PBL group. Comparative analysis of self management ability and condition of 2 groups of patients control change index was performed. Results The self management ability was better in PBL group than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion PBL education model for community elderly is useful in improving their management capability and the condition of patients with type 2 diabetes, which is worth popu larization and application.
