Survivin在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨Survivin在宫颈低级别上皮内瘤变（LSIL）、高级别上皮内瘤变（HSIL）及宫颈浸润性鳞癌（SC）中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学s—P法分别检测了11例LSIL、11例HSIL和43例sc中Survivin的蛋白表达状况，并进行相关统计分析。结果Survivin蛋白阳性表达定位在细胞核和（或）胞质内。LSIL组、HSIL组、SC组中的Survivin阳性表达率分别为54．55％、63．64％和86．05％，呈上升趋势，与LSIL组相比，sc组阳性表达率差异有统计学意义（X2=2．915，P〈0．05），且Survivin表达强度从LSIL、HSIL到sc组逐渐增强，呈正相关（rs=0．265，P〈0．05）。Survivin的阳性表达率与年龄、临床分期和组织分级无相关性。结论Survivin在宫颈癌的发生、发展中起重要作用，Survivin表达状况可能是宫颈癌早期诊断的一重要标记物。

Expression of survivin in cervical squarnous intraepithelial neoplasia and SC and their clinical significance

Objective To detect the expression of Survivin in cervical low - grade squamous intraepithelial lesion （ LSIL）, high - grade squamous intraepithelial lesion （HSIL） and invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma （SC） and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of Survivin was detected by immunohistochemistry in 11 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, 11 cases of squamous cell car- cinoma in situ and 43 case of cervical squamous carcinoma. Results Survivin positive expression localized in cytoplasm. The expression of Survivin was on the riser in LSIL, HSIL, and SC, which was 54.55%, 63.64% and 86.05%, respectively. In SC group the expression of Survivin was higher than that in LSIL group （X2 = 2. 915 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistical significance in Survivin positive expression rate and age of patients, histopathological grading or clinical stage. Conclusion The expression of Survivin are higher and higher in LSIL, HSIL, and SC, which indicates the overexpression of Survivin is associated with the development of cervical cancer, and it may play an important role in judging the prognosis of cervical cancer.
