冠状动脉CT血管成像与平板运动试验在冠心病诊断中的应用价值比较

目的比较冠状动脉CT血管成像和平板运动实验在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法选择本院疑似冠心病患者60例，均行冠状动脉CT血管成像及平板运动实验，并以冠状动脉造影为诊断标准，评价冠状动脉CT血管成像、平板运动试验诊断冠心病的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果冠状动脉CT血管成像诊断冠心病的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值明显高于平板运动实验，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。CT血管成像诊断右冠状动脉、左主干、前降支、回旋支等冠状动脉分支病变的敏感性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论冠状动脉CT血管成像诊断冠心病的准确性更高，尤其是排除冠心病准确性较高，可作为临床诊断冠心病的首选辅助诊断方法。

The value comparation of coronary CT angiography,treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Objective To compare the value of coronary CT angiography and treadmill exercis test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods 60 patients suspected with coronary artery disease in our hospital were given to coronary CT angiography and treadmill ex ercise test, with coronary angiography as diagnosis criteria,the susceptibility , specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of coronary CT angiography and treadmill exercise test were compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, nega tive predictive value of coronary CT angiography of coronary heart disease was significantly higher than the treadmill exercise test , the differ ence was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The sensitivity , positive predictive value, negative predictive value of CT angiography in the diagnosis of right coronary artery, left main, left anterior descending artery, circumflex coronary artery disease were significantly different （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The accuracy of coronary CT angiography in diagnosis of coronary heart disease is greater, especially for excluding coronary disease, so it can be used as the preferred method of diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
