云南省滇西边境山区居民健康素养现状分析及对策建议

目的 了解国家级连片特困地区之一的云南省滇西边境山区56个贫困县居民的健康素养水平现状,为在边境山区开展有针对性的健康教育与健康促进干预提供建议.方法 采用分层多阶段随机抽样的方法,抽取云南省滇西边境山区21,171名15~69岁常住人口进行入户问卷调查.结果 2019年云南省滇西边境山区15~69岁城乡居民具备健康素养的比例是12.04%,总体上呈现城市人口高于农村人口、低年龄组高于高年龄组、受教育程度高者高于受教育程度低者的趋势,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 云南省滇西边境山区城乡居民健康素养水平仍处于较低水平.应进一步强化健康教育与健康促进工作,特别是加强对重点地区、重点人群、重点疾病的宣传教育力度,促进知识与行为的转化,提高健康素养水平.

Analysis of the Current Situation of the Health Literacy of the Residents in the Western Yunnan Border Mountainous Area and the Countermeasures

Objective To understand the current situation of health literacy level of residents in 56 poverty-stricken counties in the western Yunnan border mountainous area,which is one of the state-level poverty-stricken areas,and to provide suggestions for targeted health education and health promotion interventions in the border mountainous area.Methods Using stratified multi-stage random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 21,171 permanent residents aged 15-69 in the western Yunnan border mountainous area.Results In 2019,the proportion of 15-69 year old urban and rural residents with health literacy in the mountainous area of Western Yunnan Province was 12.04%,showing the trend that the urban population was higher than the rural population,the low age group was higher than the high age group,and the higher education level was higher than the lower education level,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health literacy level of urban and rural residents in the western Yunnan border mountainous area is still at a low level.The further strengthen health education and health promotion should be conducted,especially the propaganda and education of key areas,key groups and key diseases,promote the transformation of knowledge and behavior,and improve the level of health literacy.
