上海市黄浦区外来务工人员健康素养现况研究

目的 了解上海市黄浦区外来人口健康素养状况,寻找关键影响因素,为制定健康素养干预方法与措施提供依据.方法 采用分层随机抽样方法,在上海市黄浦区随机抽取外来务工人员共1,022人,调查年龄、性别、文化程度、来源地、来沪工作年限、月平均收入等人群特征来分析其健康素养现状.观察四个维度的健康素养中的关键影响因素.结果 被调查者的文化程度是对整体健康素养得分影响最大的因素(P<0.01),来沪工作年限、来源地和月平均收入对健康素养得分也有较大影响(P<0.05)."健康信息或政策获取能力"与其他3个维度的关联度最高.结论 除了加强对外来务工人员的基本健康知识的教育外,对其获取健康知识能力的培训尤为重要,因其能够显著地影响其他维度的健康素养水平,并符合外来务工人员这一特殊群体的特点.

Cross-sectional Study on Health Literacy of Immigrant Workers in Huangpu District,Shanghai

Objective To understand the health literacy status of the migrant population in Huangpu District,Shanghai,to find the key influencing factors,and to provide a basis for developing health literacy intervention methods and measures.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to randomly select a total of 1,022 migrant workers in Huangpu District,Shanghai.The population characteristics such as age,gender,education level,place of origin,years of employment in Shanghai,and average monthly income were analyzed to analyze their health literacy status quo.The key influencing factors of health literacy in four dimensions were observed.Results The education level of the respondents was the most influential factor on the overall health literacy score(P<0.01).The number of years of work in Shanghai,the place of origin,and the average monthly income also had a significant impact on the health literacy score(P<0.05).“Health Information or Policy Access”had the highest correlation with the other three dimensions.Conclusion In addition to strengthening the education of basic health knowledge for migrant workers,training on their ability to acquire health knowledge is particularly important,which can significantly affect the level of health literacy in other dimensions and meet the characteristics of this special group of migrant workers.
