克霉唑对妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效观察

目的探究克霉唑对妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。方法按照随机数字表法将472例VVC妊娠期女性患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者按常规方法治疗,观察组患者则给予克霉唑栓治疗。治疗后分别于第2天和第7天观察两组患者的治疗情况及不良反应。结果观察组在治疗后第2天、第7天的总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.24%;对照组为17.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用克霉唑治疗妊娠期VVC效果显著,不良反应发生率低。

Clinical observation of clotrimazole suppositories in treatment of Vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions of clotrimazole suppositories in the treatment of Vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)in pregnant women.Methods According to the method of random number table,472 pregnant women with VVC were divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were diagnosed and treated according to conventional methods,while patients in the observation group were given clotrimazole suppositories.The treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed at 2 and 7 days after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after 2 and 7 days of treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.24%;the control group was 17.8%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clotrimazole suppositories in treating VVC during pregnancy has a significant effect and a low incidence of adverse reactions.
