HCO3^-在不同检测仪器中测定结果的相关性及在静脉血中的稳定性分析

摘    要:目的探讨血气分析仪与生化分析仪检测碳酸氢根离子(HCO3^-)结果的可比性,以及标本放置时间对血清中HCO3^-检测结果的影响。方法分别用GM3000血气分析仪与VITROS4600生化分析仪对70例患者的动脉全血和静脉血清标本进行检测,比较两种仪器检测的HCO3&-结果是否具有差异性及相关性。随机收集70例患者中的20份静脉血标本,分别于4个不同时间点(30 min、60 min、120 min和240 min)检测血清标本中HCO3^-水平,评估标本放置时间对HCO3^-检测结果的影响。结果VITROS4600生化分析仪与GM3000血气分析仪检测的HCO3^-水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,两台仪器检测结果之间具有良好的相关性(r=0.956,P<0.05)。与血清标本在室温下保存30 min时HCO3^-的检测结果比较,标本在室温下保存60 min时,检测结果下降了5.1%,保存120 min时,结果下降了8.8%,保存240 min时,结果下降了10.0%。结论GM3000血气分析仪与VITROS 4600生化分析仪检测的HCO3^-水平无明显差异,呈良好的相关性,两种仪器检测的HCO3^-结果可互相替代。随着标本放置时间的延长,血清中HCO3^-水平不断下降。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the comparability between the blood gas analyzer and biochemical analyzer for detecting HCO3^- level and the influence of the sample place time on serum HCO3^- detection results.Methods The arterial whole blood and venous serum samples from 70 patients were detected by using the GM3000 blood gas analyzer and VITROS4600 biochemical analyzer.Then whether the HCO3^- detection results possessing the difference and correlation were compared between these two kinds of detection instruments.Twenty venous samples were randomly collected from 70 patients.The HCO3^- levels at 4 different time points(30,60,120,240 min)were detected.Then the influence of the sample place time on the HCO3^- detection results was evaluated.Results The detection results of HCO3^- had no statistical difference between the GM3000 blood gas analyzer and VITROS4600 biochemical analyzer(P>0.05).The correlation analysis results showed that there was a good correlation between the results of two kinds of instruments(r=0.956,P<0.05).Compared with the HCO3^- detection results for the serum sample in placement for 30 min under the room temperature,the detection results in placement for 60 min under the room temperature was decreased by 5.1%,which in placement for 120 min was decreased by 8.8%and which in placement for 240 min was decreased by 10.0%.Conclusion There was no significant difference in the detection results of HCO3^- by the GM3000 blood gas analyzer and VITROS4600 biochemical analyzer,showing good correlation.The HCO3^- results detected by these two kinds of instruments can be substituted for each other.With the extension of sample placement time,serum HCO3^- level is decreased continuously.
