摘    要:硫氧还蛋白1是体内抗氧化系统最重要的成员之一,对氧化应激起着关键性作用。它通过直接抗氧化作用和由带有关键信号分子的蛋白质之间的相互作用而间接施加影响。该文综述了硫氧还蛋白1的结构、生物学功能和有关炎性机制,以及该蛋白在免疫、神经、呼吸、心血管、消化系统等炎性相关性疾病的基础研究。

Abstract:The thioredoxin-1(Trx-1)is one of most important antioxidant system and regulates cellular reduction/oxidation(redox)status,which plays a pivotal role against oxidative stress.It may play a role in a variety of inflammatory diseases by limiting oxidative stress directly via antioxidant effects and indirectly by protein-protein interactions with key signaling molecules.In this article,the authors have reviewed the structure and biology function of Trx-1,as well as it's potential mechanisms in inflammatory diseases and the basic researches in some inflammatory-associated diseases:immune、nervous 、respiratory,cardiovascular,digestive systems and so on.
