摘    要:视网膜视觉信号处理与近视的发生发展关系密切,其中视网膜离子通道活动在近视相关信号通路中扮演着一定角色。近年来发现,视网膜钾离子的转运参与了眼部屈光发育和近视的形成。本文从视网膜钾离子转运与屈光发育和参与近视形成的可能机制、视觉相关视网膜钾离子通道,以及近视相关钾离子通道基因等方面对这一领域的相关研究进行综述。

Abstract:Visual signal processing in the retina is closely related to the occurrence and development of myopia,in which the retinal ion channels play a certain role in myopia-related signal pathways.In recent years,it has been revealed that retinal potassium ion transport participates in refractive development and myopia formation.This article briefly reviews the possible mechanisms of retinal potassium ion transport on refractive development and myopia formation,vision-related retinal potassium ion channels,and myopia-related potassium ion channel genes.
