三痹汤治疗膝骨性关节炎

目的:观察三痹汤治疗膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床疗效。方法:120例KOA患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予三痹汤,对照组给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊。治疗后,比较两组患者临床疗效,临床症状疗效,视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS),西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(Western Ontario and McMaster university of orthopedic index,WOMAC)评分,健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)评分及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为86.7%(52/60),对照组为60.0%(36/60),两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组临床症状评分比较,治疗组无效例数显著少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS、WOMAC评分均低于治疗前,治疗组治疗后低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者SF-36评分均高于治疗前,治疗组治疗后高于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应率为5.00%,对照组为16.67%,两组不良反应率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三痹汤治疗KOA临床疗效显著,可显著改善患者临床症状,降低VAS、WOMAC评分,提高SF-36评分,且无明显不良反应。

Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Sanbi Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sanbi Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:120 patients with KOA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Sanbi Decoction and the control group was given glucosamine sulfate capsule.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,clinical symptom efficacy,visual analog scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster university of orthopedic index(WOMAC),the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 86.7%in the treatment group and 60.0%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of invalid cases in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statisti-cally significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and WOMAC scores of the two groups were lower than those be-fore treatment,and the scores of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group at the same time.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 5.00%,and that of the control group was 16.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanbi De-coction has a significant clinical effect on KOA,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce VAS,WOMAC score,improve SF-36 score,and has no significant adverse reactions.
