| 摘 要： | 视网膜母细胞瘤（RB）是儿童最常见的原发性眼内恶性肿瘤，其发病与基因突变相关。microRNA（miRNA）是一种非编码RNA，能调控基因的表达，目前已成为肿瘤研究的热点之一。本文将对miRNA在RB中相关研究进展作一综述，从而为RB的诊断、治疗提供新思路和新方法。

| Abstract: | Retinoblastoma(RB)is the most common primary intraocular malignancy in children,associated with gene mutation.microRNA is a type of non-coding RNA,which can regulate gene expression.It has become one of the hotspots in cancer research.This article reviews the research progress of microRNA in the RB so as to provide new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of RB. |
