多动小鼠脑内乙酰胆碱和八肽胆囊收缩素的改变

摘    要:目的 :了解多动小鼠脑内乙酰胆碱 (Ach)和八肽胆囊收缩素 (cck— 8)的改变 ,探讨多动症的发病机理。方法 :制备多动小鼠 ,采用放射免疫法测定其脑组织匀浆中的Ach和cck— 8的含量。结果 :腹腔注射东莨菪碱 ( 3mg/kg) 30min后 ,小鼠的活动次数显著增加 (P <0 .0 5) ,其脑组织匀浆中的Ach的含量为 8.64± 1.4 3pmol/ g ,较对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 5) ,cck - 8的含量较对照组略低。 结论 :多动症的发病与Ach和cck - 8的变化有密切关系。

Abstract:Objective: To detect the changes of acetylcholine(Ach) and cholecystokinin octapeptide(cck-8) in brain of hyperactive mice, in order to find the mechanism of ADHD. Methods: Ach and cck-8 level were determined by radioimmunity in hyperactive mice.Results: Mice were more hyperactive than those in control mice after IP scopolamine hydrobromide(3mg/kg) 30P?.05). The content of Ach in brain of hyperactive mice was 8.64±1.43 pmol/g,and it was markedly increased than those in control mice (P?.05), the content of cck-8 was decreased.Conclusion: The results indicated that changs of Ach and cck-8 related closely to mechanism of ADHD.
