老年抑郁的发生及其影响因素分析

目的：探讨目前老年抑郁发生情况，并分析其影响因素。方法：以182例老人为研究对象，应用老年抑郁量表（GDS）、家庭支持量表及老人一般情况调查表进行调查。结果：发现老年抑郁发生率为19．80％，并与下列因素密切相关；家庭经济情况、自身躯体健康情况及家庭支持水平。结论：提示开展社区护理，作好躯体疾病预防，维持良好的家庭关系，改善老年人家庭经济情况对预防老年抑郁的发生具有重要意义。

The Study of the Incidence and Relation Factors of Geriatric Depressions

Objective:To investigate the status of the geriatric depression incidence, and to analyze the relative factors affecting the incidence. Method: 182 old people were selected, and the Geriatric Depression Scale(CDS), Family Support Scale and the common status questionnaire were used to do the study. Results: The incidence rate of geriatric depression is 19.80 % , and it is statistically relative to family economic status, self-physical health status and family support level. Conclusion: To prevent the incidence of physical diseases, sustain favorable family relationship and improve family economic status is important for preventing the incidence of geriatric depression.
