心脉隆冲剂药理作用初步研究

摘    要:应用小鼠实验性缓慢型心律失常模型及大鼠实验性心肌缺血模型,观察心脉隆冲剂抗缓慢型心律失常作用及抗心肌缺血作用,同时考察了心脉隆冲剂的镇痛及抗寒冷性应激作用。结果表明,心脉隆冲剂能显著抑制Nicotine和Verapamil诱发小鼠心率减慢,抑制其对小鼠的致死作用,显著抑制Pituitrin诱发大鼠ECGJ点偏移。提示心脉隆冲剂具有抗缓慢型心律失常和对缺血心肌的保护作用。心脉隆冲剂显著抑制醋酸诱发小鼠扭体反应并延长低温下的存活时间,表明具有散寒止痛之功效。为心脉隆冲剂治疗缓慢型心律失常提供了药理学基础

Abstract:The purpose of this study reported here was to investigate the effects of a granule of Xin-Mai-Long (XML) on experimental bradyarrhythmias and myocardical ischemia as well as the ability of XML to relieve of spasm and to elevate cold tolerance in mice. The bradyarrhythmias were induced by nicotine and verapamil in anaesthetized mice, and the mycardial ischemia was induced by pituitrin in anaesthetized rats. They were given a granule of XML before drugs-induced bradyarrhythmias and ischemia. XML significantly elevated the heart rates of nicotine and verapamil-induced bradyarrhythmia mice, inhibited their lethal effect on mice, decreaesed the typical electrocardigraphic signs of myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin, inhibited the reaction of torsion spasm by acetic acid and prolonged the survival time of mice in hypothermia. These results demonstrate the properties which XML has sigificant activity of antiarrhythmia and antiischemia.
