综合性医院HIV抗体检测结果分析

目的了解综合性医院就诊患者中人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)的感染状况。方法对2002年1月~2007年12月在泸州医学院附属医院就诊的部分患者,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清HIV抗体,统计分析科室、年龄、性别分布及各年的感染状况。结果在56 208人中共检出142例HIV抗体阳性血清,其中20~50岁龄段的占78.87%,男女比例为2.55∶1,科室分布以门诊、内科为主,2002年检出率最低,为0.055%,2007年检出率最高,为0.481%。结论HIV的感染率逐年上升,且上升幅度较大,感染者分布科室广。在条件允许的情况下,建议综合性医院对所有住院病人均进行HIV抗体筛查。

Analysis of HIV Antibody Detection Results in General Hospital

Objective To investigate the HIV infection condition of patients who visited general hospita1.Methods ELISA method was utilized to measure HIV antibody in the blood serum of the part of patients who visited general hospita1 in 2002~2007,then analyzed the distribution of department,age,sex and the infection condition at each year.Results 142 positive serum HIV antibody were found among 56 208 indivaduals,among them,20～50 year′s people were 78.87%,male and female ratio was 2.55 ∶1.Patients with HIV antibody were mainly found in Out-patient,Clinic Department and Medical Department.The lowest detection rate was 0.055% in 2002,and the highest detection rate was 0.481% in 2007.Conclusion The incidence of HIV infection is rising year by year,and the extent is larger.The distribution of department is becoming widen.If possible,HIV antibody should be detected for all patients in general hospital.
