尼可地尔治疗心绞痛115例

本文用尼可地尔治疗心绞痛115例,其中男93例、女22例;年龄45-75岁,平均58±6岁。口服剂量5mg,tid,连续4wk为一疗程。对各种类型心绞痛症状的总有效率为89.6％;心电图ST-T总改善率为62.6％。它能有效地减少心绞痛的发作次数,具有速效、长效的优点;且无严重不良反应。随机对30例心绞痛患者用异山梨醇作对照观察,两者疗效无显著差异。

Nicorandil in the treatment of 115 patients with angina pectoris

115 patients with angina pectoris were treated with nicorandil with success. Among them 93 patients were male, 22 female, with an age ranged from 45 to 75 years old or 58±6yr in average. Nicorandil was given orally 5 mg three times a day and taken 4 weeks conse cutively as a course of treatment.Results indicated that, for various angina, complete effectiveness was found to be89.6%, while some improvement of ST-T segment in ECG 62.6%. Clinical observation revealed that nicorandil can reduce the frequency of angina in attack.Its response is quite prompt and can be last for a long time. Side effects are rare.30 patients with angina, selected by random, served as eontrol, were received isosorbide dini-trate. As the therapeutic value concerned, there were no significant difference between these two drugs. Nicorandil is certainly a new remedy for active angina pectoris worth while to be recommended.
