甲亢性心脏病60例临床分析

目的：为了提高甲亢性心脏病的早期诊断和治疗水平。方法：回顾性分析60例甲亢性心脏病患者的临床资料，主要包括临床表现和心电图变化。结果：甲亢性心脏病患者的临床表现多不典型，多发生于甲亢病程较长、女性及中老年甲亢患者．甲状腺肿大多表现为结节型。心电图异常多为房颤、房早、阵发性室上性心动过速以及ST-T改变，心功能不全以全心衰或右心衰多见。结论：应提高对甲亢性心脏病的认识，对甲亢进行早期诊断和及早治疗是防治甲亢性心脏病的关键．抗甲状腺功能药物、放射性碘(1311)以及抗心率失常和改善心功能等综合治疗的疗效确切。

Clinical Analysis on 60 Cases with Hyperthyroid Heart Disease

Objective: To explore an early diagnostic and treated means of hyperthyroid cardiopathy.Methods:Clinical data of 60 patients with hyperthyroid cardiopathy were reviewed,chiefly including of clinical representation and changes of electrocardiogram.Results:Clinical feature of 60 cases with hyperthyroid cardiopathy was not typical.This disease often occurred in the patients whose course of diseases were longer,sex were female,age were middle age or agedness,and tumescence of thyroid gland were tuber more than diffuse.The abnormity of electrocardiogram were excessively atrial fibrillision,atrial capture,paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(SVT)and the changes of ST-T respectly.Cardiac insufficiency showed excessively right heart insufficiency or whole heart failure.Conclusion:The author suggests that more importance should be focus on hyperthyroid cardiopathy. The early diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism is the key of prevention and cure of hyperthyroid cardiopathy.
