| 摘 要： | 胰岛素促泌剂是治疗2型糖尿病的主要口服降糖药,包括磺脲类和格列奈类两大类。为科学合理地指导临床用药,中华医学会内分泌学分会的专家对胰岛素促泌剂在我国成人2型糖尿病中的应用(包括其分类、作用机制、安全性、用药原则等)进行详尽的探讨并达成共识,文章就此次达成的共识进行简要解读。

| Abstract: | Insulin secretagogues,including sulfonylureas and glinides,are major oral antidiabetic medication for type 2 diabetes.To steer scientific and reasonable clinical practice,The Chinese Society of Endocrinology reached consensus regarding the application(classification,mechanisms,safety and principles,etc.) of insulin secretagogues in Chinese adults with type 2 diabetes,after thorough discussions.In the current review,contents of expert consensus are to be outlined. |
