| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨布洛芬缓释胶囊致不良反应的特点及一般规律。方法:检索1996~2005年国内医药期刊报道的布洛芬缓释胶囊致不良反应案例,并进行统计、分析。结果:布洛芬缓释胶囊所致不良反应包括消化道出血、双下肢水肿、多脏器功能衰竭等,其在高年龄组发生率较高。结论:临床上应重视布洛芬缓释胶囊所致的不良反应,坚持合理用药。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics and the general pattern of the ADR induced by ibuprofen sustained release capsule.METHODS:The ADR induced by ibuprofen sustained release capsule reported in domestic medical journals during 1996～2005 were collected and analyzed.RESULTS:ADR associated with ibuprofen sustained release capsule included alimentary tract hemorrhage,edema of both lower extremities,multi-organ functional failure,with advanced age group showing the highest incidence rate.CONCLUSION:Ibuprofen sustained release capsules should be used rationally with caution in case of ADR. |
