| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨HBcAg检测的意义。方法 对临床常规乙型肝炎两对半的ELISA方法检测的结果 与HBcAg的检测进行比较。结果 共检测120例标本，HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAg均阳性时，HBcAg的阳性率为85％；HBsAg、HBeAg为阳性时，HBcAg的阳性率为100％。结论 开展HBcAg的检测可以更全面准确地反映HBV的感染程度及复制情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the significance of HBcAg detection.Methods HBcAg detection results were compared with that of ELISA results routinely tested HBsAg/HBsAb/HBeAg/HBeAb/HBcAb.Results A total of 120 blood samples was tested.The positive rate of HBcAg in patients with HBsAg,HBeAg,HBcAb was 100%.Conclusion HBcAg detection will provide more about the situation of HBV infection and replication. |
