性激素对兔输卵管、子宫组织前列腺素(PGS)含量影响的研究

摘    要:利用性激素加速或减慢卵子运行,造成输卵管峡部功能闭锁或松弛,观察兔输卵管、子宫组织PGE_1、PGF_(2α)及E/F比值的变化。实验分对照组、孕激素(MQG)组和雌激素(ECP)组。1.三组各部组织PGE_1、PGF_(2α)含量比较:壶-峡交接部、远峡部、近峡部含量最高,子宫次之,壶腹部最低。2.孕激素(MQG)和雌激素(ECP)均能使兔交配后28小时输卵管PGE_1、PGF_(2α)升高,孕激素使PGE_1上升的程度较大,而雌激素使PGF_(2α)上升的程度较大。E/F比值:对照组E/F接近1,孕激素组E/F大于1,雌激素组E/F小于1。3.三组兔交配后28小时与76小时峡部PGE_1、PGF_(2α)含量变化比较:对照组,PGE_1无明显变化,PGF_(2α)则76小时比28小时降低40~50%(76小时约有20%卵进入子宫);孕激素组,PGF_(2α)无明显变化,PGE_128小时比对照组及雌激素组高(28小时有75%卵比对照组提前二天进入子宫,峡部收缩频率低),76小时壶-峡交接部、远峡部比28小时降低约40%,接近对照组28小时PGE_1水平;雌激素组,PGE_176小时远峡、近峡部比28小时降20~40%,而PGF_(2α)在28小时较高水平上远峡部又继续上升15%(此时卵全部停留在输卵管内,比对照组延迟2天进入子宫,峡部收缩频率高)。两种不同类型激素激发兔输卵管前列腺素含量的变化,在时间上符合两种不同激素对兔卵子运行和输卵管峡部收缩频率产生的相反效应,这一结果似乎显示输卵管闭锁功能与卵子运行之间的关系不仅与PGS的量有关,而且与PGE_1、PGF_(2α)的比值有关,两者关系可能通过PGE和PGF平衡调节。

Abstract:After administration of different sex hormones, the egg was transported to the uterus withchanges of speed either by acceleration or by retention. This experiment studied the changesof PGF_(2α), PGE_1 concentration and their ratio under the influence of estrogenic contraceptive(ECP) and progestogenic contraceptive (MQG) which may cause isthmic tube-locking andrelaxing.There were three groups:a. Control group: HCG 100 IU/i.v. after coitus;b. Progestogenic group: HCG 100 IU/i. v. after coitus; on the Ist and 2nd day before coitus one pill of MQG (Megesterone Acetate 0.55mg, Quingestanol 0.88 mg) was given orally to the rabbit;c. Estrogenic group: Estradiol cyclopentylpropionate ECP 2.5 mg/ml/i.m. after coitus. Specimens were taken from each group 28 hrs and 76 hrs after coitus. Concentrations of PGF_(2α) and PGE_1 in the ampulla, ampulla-isthmic junction, distal isthmus, proximal isthmus of the oviduct and uterus were measured by RIA technique.1) PGs concentrations between each group compared: concentrations of PGE_1 and PGF_(2α) in the ampulla-isthmic, distal isthmic and proximal isthmic parts were closely related to the isthmic tube-locking function, higher than those in Ampulla and uterus.2) Progestogenic contraceptive (MQG) and estrogenic contraceptive (ECP)caused PGE_1 and PGF_(2α) increments in isthmus 28 hrs after coitus, in coincidence with the type of dif- ferent contraceptives' Progestogenic contraceptive raised PGE_1 level while estrogenic contraceptive elevated PGF_(2α) level. In comparison of the PGE/PGF ratio in a.b.c group, it was found that the results were almost the same. In control group the E/F ratio was near 1;in progestogenic group the E/F ratio was greater than 1, with PGE_1 in dominance. In estrogenic group the E/F ratio was samller than 1, with PGF_(2α) in dominance.3) Concentration of PGE_1 and PGF_(2α) in the oviduct at 76 and 28 hrs after coitus in a.b.and c groups compared. Control group: From 28 hrs to 76 hrs after coitus PGE_1 concentration showed no significant change, but PGF_(2α) concentration decreased 40~50% (at this moment the isthmic muscle was relaxed, and about 20% of the eggs entered the uterus). Progestogenic group: 28 hrs after coitus PGE_1 was dominant (75% of the eggs enterd the uterus two days ahead). 76 hrs after coitus PGE_1 decreased 40%, near to the value of control group at 28 hrs after coitus, but PGF_(2α) concentration showed no significant change. Estrogenic group: 28 hrs after coitus PGF_(2α) was dominant. At 76 hrs after coitus it increased 15% continuously from the level at 28 hrs (the eggs re- tarded in the oviduct), while PGE_1 decreased 20~40%. The change of PG concentrations caused by two types of contraceptives was in coinci- dence with the time course of egg transport and the oviductal activity. The results seemed to show that isthmic tube-locking and egg transport were in relation not only to the amount of PGE and PGF, but also to the ratio of these two PGS, and might be modulated by PGE and PGF balance.
