甲氨蝶呤血药浓度监测在儿童白血病中的应用研究

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤血药浓度监测在儿童白血病的应用价值。方法:收集住院ALL患儿共计51例,根据治疗时MTX的用药剂量,将患儿分为观察组(28例)和对照组(23例)。观察组MTX剂量为3g/m2,对照组MTX剂量为5g/m2,分别在48、72h测定MTX血药浓度;观察两组患儿不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患儿在MTX静脉滴注48h血药浓度分布差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患儿在MTX静脉滴注72h血药浓度分布差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组不良反应(主要表现为胃肠道反应、肝功能受损、皮肤过敏)显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤血药浓度监测能够指导患儿白血病治疗,有一定的临床价值。

Clinical study on the patients with childhood leukemia for Methotrexate blood drug concentration monitoring

Objective To explore the values of the patients with childhood leukemia for Methotrexate blood drug concentration monitoring. Methods 51 cases of patients with childhood leukemia were divided into observation group （28 cases） and control group （23 cases） according to the doses of MTX, the observation was 3g/m2, the control group was 5g/m2. The blood concentration for the MTX on 48h, 72h was tested, the untoward effect was compared for the two groups. Results There was no significant difference on the 48h, 72h blood concentration for the two groups （P 〉0. 05）. The untoward effect for the observation was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The values of the patients with childhood leukemia for Methotrexate blood drug concentration monitoring is good, it can guide treatment for the patients with ALL, it has clinical value.
