摘    要:现代战争,重症伤员将明显增加,同时,部队机动性增加,使得伤员与救治机构的距离大幅度增加,要求必须向前沿提供更高层次的医疗保障,本文所述的担架集成式综合急救系统,正是为满足这种需要而研制的,该系统机动性强,能抬,能推还可附载在车,船、飞机等运载工具内快速投放至急救现场,独立对重症伤员实施急救综合处置,复苏,稳定伤员伤情,也可作为转运平台对重症伤员实施长距离转运并维持转运后送途中的急救,系统内嵌的电能,氧源可连续工作不小于2h。

Abstract:As armies move rapidly through battlefields under hi-tech conflict the distances between hospitals and injured soldiers are growing longer and longer. These growing lengths make it necessary to provide higher-level medical support nearer and nearer the front line than before. This paper introduces an integrated stretcher system for general first aid which serves as a stabilization resuscitation and evacuation platform for the critically wounded. The system a portable individual intensive care unitI CU can interface with multiple evacuation means and operate both in an austere forward environment and a static rear area. The accessory power supply and oxygen can afford two hours for the system to operate.
