头颈部恶性淋巴瘤误诊分析

目的 :提高对头颈部恶性淋巴瘤的诊断水平 ,降低该病的误诊率。方法 :回顾近 2 0年 34例头颈部恶性淋巴瘤的临床资料 ,分析其误诊因素。结果 :34例患者中误诊为鼻息肉、鼻窦炎 14例 ,鼻咽癌 3例 ,鼻咽纤维血管瘤 2例 ,慢性鼻前庭炎 1例 ,急慢性扁桃体炎 9例 ,慢性咽炎、咽部异感症 5例。结论 :头颈部恶性淋巴瘤临床并非少见 ,但临床症状无特征性表现 ,医师对该病认识不足是导致误诊的主要原因 ,而及时活检、手术标本送病理检查可以减少或避免误诊的发生

Misdiagnosis in Head and Neck Malignant Lymphoma

Objective:To improve the diagnostic accuracy of head and neck malignant lymphoma.Methods:Thirty four misdiagnosed patients with head and neck malignant lymphoma were studied retrospectively.Results:In the group of 34 patients, 14 cases were misdiagnosed to be nasal polyps or sinusitis, 3 cases nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 2 cases nasopharyngeal fibroangioma, 1 cases chronic nasal vestibulitis, 9 cases acute or chronic tonsillitis, 5 cases chronic pharyngitis or abnormal sensation of throat.Conclusion:The main causes of misdiagnosis were nonspecific clinical symptoms and unawareness of the doctor, biopsy timely may reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
