摘    要:报道了配合饲料及浓缩饲料中微量铅的火焰原子吸收光谱直接测定方法。本法测定铅的最低检测浓度为0.041μg/ml,相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率为96%~103%,与国标(GB13080-91)样品干灰化处理、溶剂萃取火焰原子吸收测定方法相比,方法简便、快速、测量精度好。已广泛应用于实际饲料及浓缩饲料样品的分析,结果满意。

Abstract:A method for the direct determination of lead in mixed and concentrated feeds by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was developed. The detection limit is 0.041μg/ml, The relative standard deviation is less than 5% and the recovery is 96%~103%. It was found that the method is simple, rapid and accurate. The testing results of this method are basically consistent with that of the Chinese national standards(GB 13080-91). It has been applied to the determination of lead in mixed and concentrated feeds samples, and a good agreement was achieved.
