肌肉间软组织血管瘤的MR诊断

目的总结肌肉间不同病理类型软组织血管瘤MR表现。方法回顾性分析21例肌肉间软组织血管瘤的MR特征,所有病例均经手术病理证实。结果21例病变中,海绵状血管瘤10例,肿瘤呈高信号,瘤周见低信号环,最大者约13cm;肌肉间血管瘤占6例,MR以T2WI高信号内见不均匀混杂信号为主;蔓状血管瘤3例,主要由动静脉构成,T2WI见点状及条状信号流空影;静脉瘤2例,主要由静脉构成,T1WI及T2WI均呈高信号,成树根样改变。结论肌肉间血管瘤其信号基本反映了组织学病理特征,依据其MR信号特点,结合临床表现,能对大多数血管瘤做出定性诊断。

MRI diagnosis of soft tissue hemangiomas in muscle

Objective To explore the MRI features of soft tissue hemangiomas with different typies of pathology in muscle.Methods The size,margin,morphology and signal pattern of the lesions in MRI findings in 21 cases with soft tissue mangiomas proved pathologically were retrospectively analyzed.18 cases were contrast enhance with Gd-DTPA.Results Of the 21 cases,there were 10 cases of angiocavernoma with clear border,homogeneous high signal in the lesion and low signal ring on the border.The largest lesion was about 13cm.6 cases of intramuscular hemangioma presented as irregular mass with mixed signals mainly composed of high signal on T_2WI,3 cases of angioma arteriale race mosu with tortuous dilation of blood vessel and amyotrophy as its MRI feature,and 2 cases of venous angioma with high signal intensity both in T_1WI and T_2WI.Conclusion The MR signal of Soft tissue hemangioma in muscle reflected the histology feature of lesion.The lesion could usually be diagnosed correctly according to MRI characteristics and clinical data.
