中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病的疗效。方法 30例患者按随机的原则分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组用西药加中药糖肾冲剂治疗,对照组单用西药治疗。两组疗程均为3个月,检测血糖及尿微量蛋白等指标。结果两组患者24h尿白蛋白排泄量,血糖,尿微量白蛋白等指标治疗组治疗后均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Incipient Diabetic Nephropathy by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To explore the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(TCMWM)on incipient diabetic nephrolopathy(DN). Methods 30 patients with incipient diabetic nephrolopathy were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy. The control group were treated with western medicine therapy alone. The course of treatment was three months. Laboratory parameters were observed before and after treatment. Results The related parameters including urinary albumin excretion, blood sugar, blood lipids levels were improved after treatment in the treatment group (P < 0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusions The curative effect of TCM - WM was better than that of western medicine therapy alone in treating incipient diabetic nephrolopathy.
