布洛芬混悬液中布洛芬的质量测定

摘    要:目的:确立布洛芬混悬液中布洛芬质量的高效液相色谱法的测定方法。方法:采用XDB-C184.6mm×150mm为分析柱,乙腈:醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲液(60:40)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长263nm,柱温4℃。结果:布洛芬在0~0.1mg/mL范围内,质量浓度(p与峰面积响应值(A)线性关系良好。回归方程:A=1500.7p-0.1882(r=0.9996),平均回收率为100.62%,RSD=0.97%。结论:该法操作简便、准确,可用于布洛芬混悬液中布洛芬质量控制。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of Ibuprofen in suspension.Methods:HPLC analysis was carried out by employing Symetry C18 column and a mixture of acetonitrile and acetic acid buffer(60:40) as mobilephase.The detection wavelength was at 263 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results:The linear regression equation was A=1 500.7 P-.188 2(r=0.999 6).linear range was 0~0.1 mg/mL,and the average recovery was 100.62%(RSD=0.97%).Conclusion:This method is accurate and convenient.Itcan be used to determine Ibuprofen in suspension.
