| 摘 要： | 经内窥镜诊断幽门螺旋杆菌（ＨＰ）十二指肠溃疡，用奥美拉唑（Ｏｍｅ）２０ｍｇ，ｑｄ或（和）庆大霉素（Ｇｅｎ）４万Ｕ，ｔｉｄ，ｐｏ，治疗２ｗｋ。２５例用Ｏｍｅ，２３例用Ｇｅｎ，３６例用Ｏｍｅ＋Ｇｅｎ。在疗程末（３ｄ内）和１４ｄ复查愈会率：Ｏｍｅ组７２％和８８％，Ｇｅｎ组６１％和７８％，Ｏｍｅ＋Ｇｅｎ组９２％和１００％。４ｗｋＨＰ清除率则分别为５２％，６５％及８３％。未见不良反应，可首选联合用药。

| Abstract: | Helicobacter pylori(HP)duodenal ulcer diagnosed by endoscopy was treated with omeprazole 20 mg,qd(Ome),or/and gentamicin 40 000 units,tid,(Gen)po for 2 wk:Ome in 25 patients,Gen in 23 patients,and Ome Gen in 36 patients.Endoscopic and bacterial examinations were made right after(within 3 d)and 14 d after the end of the therapy course to check the healing rates:72% and 88% in Ome group,61% and 78% in Gen group, and 92% and 100% in Ome Gen group, respectively.The HP clearance rates were 52%, 65% and 83% respectively.No adverse effects were found.It is concluded that the combination drug therapy is the best choice. |
