冠心病患者血清MMP-9水平与血脂关系的研究

【目的】观察急性冠脉综合征（ACS）、稳定冠心病（SCHD）患者基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）的变化及其与血脂水平的关系。【方法】采用酶联免疫吸附法测定79例冠心病（CHD）患者血清MMP-9的浓度。【结果】不稳定心绞痛（UAP，n=25）和急性心肌梗死组（AMI，n=31）患者MMP-9水平分别为（311．12±117．7）和（343．69±146．10）ng／mL，显著高于SCHD（n=23）组[（142．99±57．13）ng／mL，P〈0．053，而在UAP和AMI组间无显著性差异。MMP-9水平与甘油三酯（TG）（r=0．230，P=0．032）呈正相关，与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）呈负相关（r=-0．253，P=0．029）关系。【结论】结果提示ACS患者外周血MMP-9水平升高，与ACS的发生有关，可作为动脉粥样硬化宽块不稳定的标志。

Relationship of Serum Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 Level and Lipid Profiles in Coronary Heart Disease

[Objective] To investigate matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) level in coronary heart disease(CHD) and its relationship with serum lipids. [Methods] Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure serum MMP-9 in 79 patients with CHD. [Results] MMP-9 level was significantly higher in patients with ACS (311.12± 117.7 ng/mL and 343.69 ±146.10 ng/mL in UAP and AMI group, respectively) than that in patients with SCHD (142.99± 57.13 ng/mL,P<0.05). MMP-9 level was significantly related to TG (r=0.230,P=0.032), and HDL (r=-0.253,P=0.029). [Conclusion] MMP-9 level is increased in ACS, suggesting its possible relation to the pathogenesis of ACS and it may serve as a potential marker of plaque instability.
