| 摘 要： | 目的观察贯叶连翘结合中医辨证治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法将90例抑郁症患者随机分为中医组30例（服用连翘逍遥膏）、西医组30例（服用赛乐特）和连翘组30例（单用贯叶连翘提取物）进行对照研究,疗程均为4周。结幂中医组总有效率为97％,连翘组为73％（P〈0．05）,西医组为93％;3组BDI与HAMD比较表明,中医组和西医组抑郁症状改善明显（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）;3组药物不良反应显示中医组不良反应最少,连翘组不良反应最多,组间比较具有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论贯叶连翘结合中医辨证治疗抑郁症,疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of Hypericum perforatum on syndrome differentiation in treating depression.Methods Ninety subjects were randomized into three groups:group A in which 30 cases were treated by "Lianqiao Xiaoyao Paste",group B in which 30 cases were treated by Seroxat,and group C in which 30 cases were treated by the extracting substances of Hypericum perforatum.Results The total effective rate was 97% in group A,93% in group B and 73% in group C;the clinical symptoms and signs significantly improved;and fewer side effects were found in groups A and B.Conclusion Hypericum perforatum on syndrome differentiation is effective for depression. |
