综合医院急诊科的建设与管理

急诊医学是一门新兴的跨专业的综合学科 ,因而决定了综合医院的急诊科建立模式应适应独立完成涉及多专科的危重病人诊治、抢救任务。作者介绍了该院在急诊科建设与管理中 ,注重增强技术力量 ,提高抢救应变能力 ;结合临床实践开展科研 ,突出急诊医学特色 ;拓宽急诊科功能 ,建立院前急救医疗体系 ;引用高技术管理手段 ,提高急诊科管理水平的做法。

Construction and management of the emergency department in general hospitals

The fact that emergency medicine(EM)is a new and cross disciplinary general specialty determines that the model for establishing the emergency department(ED) in general hospitals should be one that adapts to the need for independently fulfilling tasks of diagnosing, treating and rescuing critically ill patients which may involve many disciplines. The authors give an account of the measures taken by the ED of their hospital in its construction and management. They include stress on the improvement of the technical power so as to enhance the adaptability to changes in delivering emergency treatments, conduction of scientific research in the light of clinical practice so as to highlight the characteristics of EM, expansion of the functions of the ED so as to establish pre hospital emergency treatment setups and the use of high tech management means so as to improve the management level of the ED.
