Abstract: | Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a major health problem in many countries and its pathogenesis is not yet fully understood, contributing to significant morbidity and mortality. Accumulated evidence manifest clearly that CHD is determined by a complex interplay of genetic and environmental factors.
