| 摘 要： | 目的：寻找可以作为评价胆木药材及其制剂质量的指标成分，提高胆木药材及其制剂的质量标准。方法：采用柱层析方法分离化学成分，应用光谱法进行结构鉴定；用高效液相色谱法测定其在胆木药材和制剂中的含量。结果：从胆木药材及其注射液中分离、鉴定出1个含量较高的吲哚类生物碱苷异长春花苷内酰胺（isovincoside lactone）；建立了胆木药材和注射液中异长春花苷内酰胺的HPLC含量测定方法。结论：该成分在胆木药材和注射液中含量较高，可用于胆木药材及其制剂的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | AIM:To find the criterion constituent in Lignum Naucleae,which can be used to evaluate the quality of Lignum Naucleae and its preparation.METHOD:Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods;structural identification was based on chemical and spectroscopic evidences.HPLC was used for quantitative analysis of Lignum Naucleae and its injection.RESULTS:One indole alkaloid was purified and identified as strictosamide.An HPLC method for the determination of strictosamide in Lignum Naucleae and its injection was established.CONCLUSION:Strictosamide was the main constituent of Lignum Naucleae,which can be used to control the quality of Lignum Naucleae and its preparation. |
