| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人大肠癌的临床诊治特点。方法回顾性分析、比较本院1990年1月至2006年12月间收治的老年（≥60岁,n=139）与非老年〈60岁,n=177）大肠癌手术治疗患者临床病理特征之间的差异。结果与非老年组相比,老年组中有肠癌家族史的比例较低,合并其他器官疾病的比例较高,右半结肠肿瘤较多,Dukes分期较晚,手术根治率低,术后并发症较多,上述差异均具有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论老年大肠癌如能早期发现,积极采取包括手术的综合治疗措施,仍能获得较理想的治疗效果。
