《医用物理学》课程教学改革的实践探索

摘    要:进入21世纪,我国高等教育的规模迅速扩大,高等教育正在由"精英教育"向"大众化教育"转变,这就要求高等教育由传授知识为主转变为提高能力为主。过去的医用物理学教材内容和教学模式过于注重理论,强调公式化与理论化,忽略了对学生实际解决问题和科学素质的培养,造成了学生学习兴趣不高,高分低能现象。为适应当前高等医学院校的素质教育要求和我院的跨越式发展要求,通过分析过去教学中存在的问题,结合多年教学实践,对课程内容、教学方式等做了一系列改革。教材更注重可读性和应用性,教学模式采用双主式教学,充分体现学生主体地位,同时在教学中还引入"案例式"教学,提高学生分析、解决问题能力。从教学效果和学生反馈来看,改革措施取得了一定的效果。对医用物理学课程改革使医用物理学教学更加规范化、合理化,它是能提高学习效率,保证教学质量、增强学生实践能力和与就业岗位尽快尽早接轨能力的有效途径;同时也对提高医学教学质量,培养具有创新精神和创新能力的医学人才具有重要意义。

Abstract:With the coming of the 21st century,our country’s higher education scale is witnessing a rapid expansion and experiencing a transformation from "elite education" to "popular education".It requires a change of the higher education pattern form "imparting knowledge" to "improving competency".The contents of medical physics teaching material and teaching model in the past put too much emphasis on theories,formulation and theorization,but neglected the cultivation of students’ practical ability to solve real problems and their scientific literacy.As a result,students showed little interest in studying and even can they get high scores,they still had low abilities.In order to adapt to the need of quality-oriented education of medical college and the great-leap-forward development requirement of college,the content of the courses and the teaching method have been reformed based on the analysis of the problems in the curriculum instruction of medical physics and the teaching practices.More attention should be put into the readability and applicability of teaching material as well as the practice of "student-centered and teacher-lead" method in teaching model.In this way,students’ subject status is effectively guaranteed.At the same time,"case analysis" teaching method should also be introduced into teaching process to improve students’ ability of analyzing and solving real problems.Judging from the teaching effect and the feedbacks from the students,the reforms receive certain result.The reform of the medical physics is an effective way of guaranteeing teaching quality,enhancing practical ability and employment adaptability of students.Meanwhile,it’s an important approach to improve quality of medical education,to train medical talents with innovative spirit and ability.
