| 摘 要： | 目的分析经尿道前列腺电切除术（TURP）后发生排尿异常的原因，提高TURP的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析TURP后发生排尿异常的102例患者临床资料，对TURP术后排尿异常进行多因素分析。结果102例患者中，尿道狭窄64例经尿道扩张及尿道狭窄切开治疗治愈；腺体残留12例，经再次TURP治疗治愈；膀胱功能异常26例，经非手术方法治愈。结论尿道狭窄、膀胱功能异常和腺体残留是TURP术后排尿异常的常见原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To raise the therapeutic efficacy of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) by analyzing the cause of urination difficulty after TURP. Methods Data of 102 cases of patients with urination difficulty after TURP were analyzed. Results Among the 102 patients, 64 cases with the urethral stricture were cured by regular urethral dilation and urethrotomy; Surgical revision in 12 cases was required due to the residual prostate tissue and got cured after that; There were 26 cases with bladder dysfunction relieved by conservative therapy. Conclusions Urethral stricture, bladder dysfunction and residual prostate tissue are the common causes of urination difficulty after TURP. |
