| 摘 要： | 文章针对目前的医疗纠纷处理中法律相互冲突,存在多系统?多层次?各自为政的鉴定体制等问题进行原因分析,建议构建我国统一的医疗损害赔偿责任鉴定体制,为民事审判提供服务,有利于医疗纠纷的处理?

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the conflicts among related law for dealing with medical disputes and the problems in multistage and fragmented verification system, the article proposed to establish a unified verification system of compensation responsibility for medical malpractice to provide services for the civil trial and solve medical disputes. |
