| 摘 要： | 乡镇卫生院是我国农村医疗预防保健三级网中的枢纽,承担着农村基本医疗保健的职责,在农村卫生工作中发挥着极其重要的作用?但是随着改革开放和市场经济的实行,乡镇卫生院出现了一系列的问题,发展不尽如人意?文章结合相关文献和卫生部的统计资料,分析了乡镇卫生院在我国医疗体系中的重要地位?发展现状和存在的问题,就如何改善乡镇卫生院管理进行了讨论,并提出了相应的政策建议?

| Abstract: | Township health centers (THCs) play a key role in rural three-tier health network and undertake the responsibility of primary health care in rural areas. However, with the implementation of market-oriented economic reform, a series of problems have arisen to THCs and their development are not satisfactory. Based on the literaturereview and statistics data of Ministry of Health, the paper analyzed the important position, development situation and the problems existing in THCs,focused on how to improve the management of THCs,and proposed some relevant strategies. |
