| 摘 要： | 目的:观察3种中草药白头翁、仙鹤草、黄连体外抗阴道毛滴虫作用.方法:采用不同浓度仙鹤草、黄连、白头翁水提液进行体外抗滴虫试验,记录滴虫死亡率.结果:三种药物均具有杀虫作用,白头翁杀虫作用最强.结论:以上三种中草药可用于抗滴虫治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the trichomonacidal effect of Pulsatilla chinensis,Hairyvein agrimonia herb and Coptis root.Methods: Trichomonacidal effect of chinese herb was assessed using various concentrations of drug against T.v in vitro.The moritality of Trichomonas vaginalis was noted.Results: Three Chinese herbs exhibited effective action on Trichomonas vaginalis.Pulsatilla chinensis has most powerful effect of destroying parasites.Conclusion: It is suggested that the three herbs can serve as new trichomonacida... |
