摘    要:目的 对黄精九蒸九晒炮制过程中药效化学成分的含量变化进行分析,为黄精古法炮制提供理论依据.方法 分别采用清蒸法和酒蒸法进行九蒸九晒炮制,参照《中国药典》2020年版方法测定炮制品中多糖和浸出物的含量,参照文献方法测定炮制品中总皂苷和5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的含量.结果 多糖含量分别从第一次炮制的10.76%、10....

Abstract:Objective Analyze the content of chemical components in the nine-time repeat of the steaming and sun-drying traditional processing of Polygonati Rhizoma, and to provide theoretical basis for the ancient processing way of Polygonati Rhizoma.Methods Steaming and wine steaming methods are used for the nine-time repeat of the steaming and sun-drying traditional process, determine the content of polysaccharides and extracts in processed products according to the method of the 2020 Chinese Pharmacopoeia, determine the content of total saponins and 5-HMF in processed products according to the method of the literature.Results The polysaccharide content decreased from 10.76% and 10.06% in the first process to 8.20% and 8.00% in the ninth process respectively, but the content of some intermediates risen; the 5-HMF content increased from 0.08% and 0.06% in the first process to 0.49% and 0.48% in the ninth process respectively, but the content of some intermediates decreased; the total saponins content decreased from 24.86% and 25.26% in the first process to 15.67% and 15.44% in the ninth process respectively; the extract content decreased from 52.37% and 53.75% in the first process to 50.74% and 51.61% in the ninth process respectively, but the content of some intermediates risen. Conclusion The content of polysaccharide and 5-HMF in the process of nine-time repeat of the steaming and sun-drying traditional process of Polygonati Rhizoma increased first and then decreased, the overall trend of polysaccharide is declining, the overall trend of 5-HMF is rising; the content of total saponins shows a gradual decline; there is no significant change in the extract content.
