Thoughts on the Establishment of Comprehensive Service platform for Biopharmaceutical Industry in Shandong Province based on Field investigation

Based on the current situation of the development of biomedical industry in Shandong Province, put forward the trend and demand of building a comprehensive biomedical service platform through field investigation. By analyzing the common problems of existing service institutions, exploring the innovative development needs and bottlenecks of industry, university and research, this paper puts forward some ideas on the establishment model, system construction, talent introduction, cultivation and development, in order to provide ideas for the construction of innovative service ecosystem.
