药物联合驱动雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨万托林、爱全乐、布地奈德、沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:52例婴幼儿毛细支气管炎随机分为两组,治疗组(30例)给予万托林0.5mL、爱全乐125μg、布地奈德0.5mg、沐舒坦7.5~15mg,加入生理盐水1~2mL,配成混合雾化液,用雾化驱动器驱动药液吸入呼吸道,每日2次,每疗程共5~7d。对照组(22例)给予地塞米松1~2mg,庆大霉素4万U,生理盐水10~15mL超声雾化,每疗程共5~7d。结果:治疗组治愈24例(80.00%)、好转5例(16.67%)、无效1例(3.33%);对照组治愈12例(54.54%)、好转5例(22.73%)、无效5例(22.73%)。治疗组的治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗中未发现明显不良反应。结论:万托林、爱全乐、布地奈德、沐舒坦联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎,疗效优于传统的雾化吸入疗法,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective.. To investigate effect of atomizing inhalation of ventolin, atrovent, budesonide and mucosolvan on infant bronchiolitis. Methods, Fifty-two cases of infants bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (22 cases). The treatment group was administrated with atomized liquid of 0.5 mL ventolin, atrovent 125 μg, budesonide 0.5 mg, mucosolvan 7. 5-15 mg and normal saline 1-2 mL by atomizing inhalation, twice per day (5-7 days for a course); while the control group was treated with dexamethasone 1-2 mg, gentamicin 40 000 U, saline 10-15 mL by ultrasonic nebulization for 5-7 days. Results. In the treatment group, 24 cases (80.00%) were cured, 5 cases (16. 67%) improved, and 1 case (3.33%) showed no response; the corresponding number in the control group were 12 (54. 54%), 5 (22.73%), and 5 cases (22.73%) were ineffective. The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significant higher than that of the control (P〈0.05). No adverse drug reaction was observed in this study. Conclusion: Effect of atomizing inhalation of ventolin, atrovent, budesonide and mucosolvan is better than that of the conventional ultrasonic nebulization inhalation therapy, and is worth for application in large scale.
