| 摘 要： | 用Ｅｌｓｏｎ－Ｍｏｒｇａｎ法测定了蹄甲类药材猪科（Ｓｒｉｄａｅ）动物猪Ｓｕｓｓｃｒｏｆａ ｄｏｍｅｓｔｉｃａ、牛科（Ｂｏｒｉｄａｅ）动物山羊Ｃａｐｒａ ｈｉｒｕｓ及黄牛Ｂｏｓ ｔａｕｒｕｓ ｄｏｍｅｓｔｉｃｕｓ中的酸性粘多糖含量。结果提示氨基已糖含量：牛蹄甲〉羊蹄甲〉猪蹄甲。 |
