| 摘 要： | 为了适应医学模式的转变，向病人提供全方位的医疗服务，在医院开展医务社会工作显得尤为必要。根据我国目前的情况，要在部分医院首先试行医务社会工作，包括成立相关机构、选拔医务人员转岗培训成为社会工作者，建立医务社会工作的制度和规范，明确岗位职责和待遇等。

| Abstract: | To match the transformation of medical model and provide all-round service for patient, it is important to provide medical social work in hospital. According to situations in China, pilot working in some hospitals should be practiced. The pilot work includes hospital selecting, medical social work staff selecting and training, regulation and rules of medical social work making, post function designing and the staff＇s compensation formulating. |
