摘    要:本文首次报道一种新型专一性睥扫描剂:热变性~(113)mIn—Tropolone—红细胞。10名健康志愿者应用后脾脏显影清晰,无其他脏器显影,血本底极低。介绍了此剂的制备方法,并作了简要讨论。

Abstract:Heat-demaged Indium-113m-Tropolone-Erythrocytes, a new radiopharmaceutical for selective spleen scintigraphy has been reported. Autologous heat-damaged Indium-113m-erythroeytes(1.5-2.0 mci) were injected intravenously to 10 healthy volunteers. The spleen scintigraphies of anterior, left lateral and posterior views were taken at 30 minutes after injection. The seintigraphies of spleen were visulized.The background of blood radioactivity was very low and could be eliminated by using a low background setting. The method of labeling of Indium-113m-Tropolone-erythrocytes was deacribed in detail and discussed.
