经胸超声心动图和多层螺旋CT血管造影诊断法洛四联症的对照研究

目的探讨经胸超声心动图（TTE）和多层螺旋CT血管造影（CTA）在诊断法洛四联症中的价值。方法回顾性分析56例法洛四联症患者的TTE和CTA结果，并与外科手术结果进行对照，比较TTE和CTA检查对法洛四联症各种畸形诊断中的准确性。结果TTE在法洛四联症心内畸形（室间隔缺损、主动脉骑跨等）的诊断中准确性高于CTA，而CTA在心外畸形（如肺动脉发育异常）的诊断中，准确性明显高于TTE。结论1TrE和CTA在法洛四联症诊断中均具有重要价值，两者各有其优势，临床医生应充分认识到两种检查方法的优缺点，结合两种诊断方法，作出全面、准确的诊断。

Comparative study of transthoracic echocardiography and CTA in diagnosis of tetralogy of fallot

Objective To explore the value of transthoracic echocardiography（TTE） and muhi -slice CT angiography （CTA） in diagnosis of tetralogy of FaUot （TOF）. Methods The results of TTE and CTA in 56 patients with TOF were analyzed retrospectively, then they were compared with surgery T results. The diagnostic accordance rate of the two methods in diagnosis of TOF was compared. Results The accurate rate of TTE was higher than that of CTA in diagnosis of intracardiac malformation, such as ventricular septal defect, overriding aorta and so on. While the accurate rate of CTA was higher than that of TTE in diagnosis of extracardial malformation, such as abnormal formation of pulmonary artery. Conclusion TTE and CTA have important value in diagnosis of TOF, and the two methods have their own superiority. Clinicians should fully realize the advantage and disadvantage of TTE and CTA, and combine the two methods to making a comprehensive, accurate diagnosis.
