摘    要:目的探讨牛磺酸对高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomocysteinemia,Hhcy)家兔动脉粥样硬化干预作用机制。方法采用高L-蛋氨酸饮食方法建立兔Hhcy血症模型,补充牛磺酸(taurine,Tau),以正常家兔作为对照组(Normal control,NC),分别于实验0、4、8周分别检测各组血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、总胆固醇(totalcholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)含量,并通过血管超声观察腹主动脉血管变化。结果蛋氨酸组第4、8周时血清Hcy、TG、TC含量显著高于同期对照组(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);Tau组Hcy含量低于蛋氨酸组,无明显差异(P〉0.05),TG、TC含量Tau干预组均显著低于蛋氨酸组(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。血管超声和组织学观察:蛋氨酸组腹主动脉内膜明显增厚、血管平滑肌细胞增生,弹力纤维断裂、排列紊乱、有斑块形成;Tau组血管内膜较光滑、结构排列整齐无斑块,与对照组比较无显著差异。结论Tau有明显的治疗Hhcy兔动脉粥样硬化的作用,其机制可能为降低血液中胆固醇和脂肪的含量而不是半胱氨酸的含量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mechanism of interventions of taurine(Tau) in atherosclerosis(AS) induced by HHcy in rabbits.Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:the normal rabbits were divided into the control(NC)group;the rabbits fed on high L-methionine diet were divided into the methionine(Met)group;the Tau group were respectively fed on high L-methionine and Tau.The content of Hcy,TC and TG in serum were respectively tested in the beginning,in the 4th week and the 8th week,the changes of abdominal artery were observed by Vascular ultrasound.Results The content of Hcy,TG and TC in serum were much higher(P0.01,P0.05) than that of the NC group at the same time of the 4th week or 8th week.The content of Hcy in serum was not obviously different in the Tau group from the Met group(P0.05),but the content of TG and TC was significant lower than that of the Met group(P0.01).Compared with the NC group,abdominal artery of the rabbits received Met displayed by Vascular ultrasound:abdominal arterial lesions with intimal thickening,vascular smooth muscle cellshyperplasia,elastic fiber fracture,sort disorder and fatty plaque,but those received taurine displayed no arterial lesions,no fatty plaque with neat structure..Conclusion Tau can treat AS induced by Hhcy,and the mechanism may be that Tau decreases the content of TG and TC but not of the Hcy in serum.
