| 摘 要： | 本文分析86例Alzheimer病的临床与脑电图。认为最主要和最先出现的症状仍为记忆障碍,继之智能障碍。并着重探讨脑电结图果与临床表现的关系。发现脑电图结果与描记时病人的临床症状、病程长短有关。其异常程度与临床征象平行。研究还表明脑电图检测可作为Alzheimer型痴呆与其它病因性痴呆的鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses 86 cases with Alzheimer dementia and their electro encephlograms, and makes such a conchsion that memory disturbance appeara at first, then mental disturbance followed the paper mainly discusses. the relationship between the EEG findings and clinical manife tations, and discovrs that EEG findings is related to the recordinh of symptoms, the course of diseases and the degree of abnormality is parall to the symptoms. The Study also shows that EEG can be used as a differential diagnosis between Alzheimer dementia and other ones |
